2. Heard Mr. G. Mukherji, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Appellant.

3. This an application for condonation of delay of 56 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 11.02.2022 delivered in C.P. No.56 of 2020 by the Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur.

4. Issue notice as to why delay should not be condoned as prayed for or such other order or orders should not be passed by this Court as be deemed appropriate in the circumstances of the case.

5. Notice is made returnable on 2nd August, 2022. Steps for service of notice on the Respondent be taken within a week from today by Registered Post with A.D.
