2. This RPFAM has been filed challenging the judgment dated 18th May, 2011 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore in Cr.P No.1434 of 2010.

3. Miss Tripathy, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. Bigyan Sharma, learned counsel for the Petitioner files a memo in Court for withdrawal of the RPFAM, which is taken on record.

4. In view of the memo filed, the RPFAM is dismissed as withdrawn.
