            4. Considering the submissions and the averments made in the
            petition, prayer is allowed. The delay in filing the Criminal
            Revision is condoned.

            5. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

            7. Issue notice to the opposite party in the main case as well as

9. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to obtain
deposition    copies   of   the     witnesses   as   cited     in   the
judgment/orders of conviction and sentence dated 19.04.2017
passed by the learned JMFC, Sambalpur in ICC Case No.299 of
2014(Trial No.275 of 2017) by the next date.

10. List this matter on 8th March, 2022.

12. This is an application for bail.

13.However, as an interim measure, it is directed that the
petitioner   shall be released on bailin ICC Case No.299 of
2014(Trial No.275 of 2017) of the Court of learned J.M.F.C.,
Sambalpur on such terms and conditions as deemed just and
proper by the said court till 8th March, 2022.


14.As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are
continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout
of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with
certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate
