01. 1. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.

2. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.

3. Now the judgment dated 13th December, 2021 shall be read as under:

3.1 In the 4th line of paragraph 5 "W.A. No.1857 of 2016" be read as "W.A. No.115 of 2019". In the 7th line of the same para "O.A. No.1857 of 2016" be read as "O.A. No.1587 of 2016"

3.2 In the 3rd line of para 7 "O.A. No.1657 of 2016" be read as "O.A.No.1587 of 2016"

3.3 In the 2nd line of para 8 "W.P.(c) No.16180 of 2016" be read as "W.P.(C) No.16810 of 2016"

3.4 In the 2nd line of para 10 "W.P.(C) No.16180 of 2016" be read as "W.P.(C) No.16810 of 2016".

3.5 In the 2nd line of para 11 "W.P.(C) No.16180 of 2016" be read as "W.P.(C) No.16810 of 2016".

3.6 In the 4th line of para 12 "W.P.(C) No.16180 of 2016" be read as "W.P.(C) No.16810 of 2016".

3.7 In the 8th line of para 13 "WPC (OAC) No.15867 of 2016" be read as "WP(C) OA No.1587 of 2016".

4. The rest part of the aforementioned order dated 13th December, 2021 passed in the present appeal shall remain unaltered.

5. The I.A. is disposed of.

6. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
