2. The Office note indicates that there is delay of two hundred seventy three days in filing this jail criminal appeal.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the State and since it is a case where the appellant has been imposed substantive sentence for his conviction, I am inclined to condone the delay in filing the jail criminal appeal.
