04. 1. In view of payment of Court fees in RSA No.86 of 2020, the payment of Court fees in RSA No.87 of 2020 by the Appellant is dispensed with keeping in view of the fact that both the appeals by the same party are arising out of the same suit.

2. List these appeals on 21st January, 2022 at 2.00 PM as agreed by the parties for final disposal. I.A.No.732 of 2021

3. Since the certified copies of the lower Court judgments have already been filed in RSA No.86 of 2020, filing of the same in the present appeal is dispensed with.

4. The I.A. is disposed of.

5. As an interim, it is directed that status quo as on today in respect of the passage over the suit land leading to Respondent No.1, Talent College of Science & Technology, Koraput shall be maintained till 21st January, 2022.
