2. The present appeal is against confirming judgment of the learned trial court and 1st Appellate court which were dismissed ex- parte against the Defendant - Respondents.

3. Upon hearing Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Appellant, no substantial question is seen in favour of the Appellant.

4. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
