Order No. 07.02.2022

01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Tahasildar, Anandapur for early disposal of Mutation Case No.1397 of 2021 and for issuance of R.O.R. in favour of the Petitioner pursuant to the judgment and decree passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Anandapur in C.S. No.10 of 2019.

3. On perusal of the case record, it appears from Annexure-2 that the case was posted to 17th December, 2021 and the Tahasildar, Anandapur observing that RFA No.6 of 2021 is pending before learned Additional District Judge, Anandapur posted the matter for final order.

4. In view of the above, Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to take instruction with regard to the subsequent order, if any, passed in the said mutation case.

5. Put up this matter on 21st February, 2022.

6. Instruction, if any, shall be obtained in the meantime.
