2. Ms. S. Patra, learned CGC submits that impugned is the judgment dated 27.01.2017, passed in L.A. Misc. Case No. 72 of 2008. Since there was no mention as to the age of the Petitioner Nos.1 to 5 and 9 in the said Misc. Case, the same could not furnished as against those Petitioners, who have been arrayed as Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and 9 respectively in the present Memorandum of Appeal.

3. She further submits that it is almost impracticable on the part of the Appellant to ascertain the age of those Respondents and furnish the same in the cause title of the Memorandum of Appeal.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Central Government Counsel, defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be ignored.

5. Since this is the matter of the year 2017, it be listed under the heading "Fresh Admission" in the week commencing from 2nd January, 2023.
