1. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

2. On the selfsame issue, Annexure-4 appears to be pending.

The Petitioner has also support to his claim through a judgment of

this Court as well as a circular being issued has an outcome of the

judgment of this Court. In the circumstance, this Court remits the

matter to the District Sub-Registrar, Khandagiri, O.P.4, who shall

take a decision on the same by completing entire exercise within one

month. The Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order also

copy of the circular and judgment taken support herein.

3. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
