20. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode).

Mr. D.N. Rath, learned counsel for the respondents submits that though the learned counsel for the appellants relied upon the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Odisha -Vrs.- Anup Kumar Senapati reported in (2019) 19 Supreme Court Cases 626, but some other judgments have been rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which would be necessary for adjudication of the dispute that arises in this appeal and therefore, he may be granted some time to search for those decisions.

On consensus of learned counsel for both the parties, list this matter on 21.12.2022.
