03. 1. Mr. Radheyshyam Chimanka, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the Revenue informs the Court that a review petition has been filed against the judgment of the Supreme Court of India dated 23rd August, 2022 in Civil Appeal No.5783 of 2022.

2. Accordingly, list on 4th April, 2023. In case the review petition is disposed of earlier, liberty is granted to the parties to mention for listing. The interim order is made absolute.
