3 1. The Petitioner-Appellant has been convicted for the offence under Sections 307/326/324/506/34 of the I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo R.I. for ten years. She is in custody from the date of pronouncement of the impugned judgment, i.e. 6th April, 2022.
2. Considering the nature of accusations and the evidence on the basis of which the Appellant-Petitioner has been convicted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let she be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the convicting Court in S.T. No.32/2019(R.N.No.7/2019) including the condition that she shall not misuse the liberty granted to her.
