19. 1. In view of the order passed by this Court on 6th February, 2019 in TREV No.231 of 2001 and batch (M/s. Mineral & Metal Trading Corporation of India Ltd. v. State of Odisha), the present revision petition is disposed of in the same terms.

2. In other words, the order of the Sales Tax Authority is quashed and set aside and the matter is remanded to be dealt with in the same manner as indicated in the aforementioned judgment.
