02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Heard Mr. B.K. Routray, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party.

3. Issue notice as to why the Judgment and award dated 18.12.2021 delivered in I.D. Case No.11 of 2012 Annexure-3 to this petition shall not be set aside or any order or orders shall not be passed as deemed appropriate in the circumstances of the case.

4. Notice is made returnable on 28.09.2022.

5. Since Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel appears for the Opposite Party and accepts notice, no formal notice is called for.

6. A copy of this writ petition has been served on Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel appears for the Opposite Party.

7. Registry is directed to procure the LCRs in respect of the I.D. Case No.11 of 2012 from the Industrial Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.
