01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition assailing the

judgment and order dated 08.06.2022 under Annexure-9

passed in Appeal Case No.7 of 2015 by the State

Education Tribunal, Bhubaneswar and also praying to

quash the order dated 16.04.2013 under Annexure-7

passed by the Opposite Party No.3 and to issue a

direction to the Opposite Parties to reinstate her in her

former post of Demonstrator in Physics of

Nilakantheswar Junior Mahavidyalaya, Bangara, in the

district of Balasore.

4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the

Opposite Parties both in the Writ Petition and the I.A.

5. Mr. D. Mund, learned Additional Government

Advocate for the State waives of notice on behalf of the

Opposite Party No.1 and 2. Required number of copies of

the brief be served on him within three working days

hence, who shall obtain instructions in the matter and file

reply.

6. So far as Opposite Party No.3 is concerned, issue notice

to it both in the Writ Petition and the I.A. through

Registered Post with A.D./Speed Post. Postal requisites

shall be filed within three working days hence. Accept

one set of process fee.

7. So far as Opposite Party No.4 is concerned, since the

Opposite Party No.4 has already appeared as caveator by

engaging Mr. Durgesh Narayan Rath, learned Advocate

and associates, there is no need of issuance of fresh notice

to her.

8. List this matter on 21st of September, 2022.
