2. It is pointed out that the issue concerning the rule that should apply for considering the case of an applicant under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme has been referred to a larger Bench of the Supreme Court in SBI v. Sheo Shankar Tewari (2019) 5 SCC 600.

3. In that view of the matter, awaiting the judgment of the larger Bench of the Supreme Court, the present appeal is adjourned sine die with a permission to the parties to mention it for listing after the decision of the Supreme Court.
