3. It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 13167 of 2012 (State of Odisha v. Banchanidhi Das), which was disposed of on 28.03.2022.

4. Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the Judgment dated 28.03.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 13167 of 2012 (State of Odisha v. Banchanidhi Das), this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said Judgment.
