2. Heard Mr. S.K. Ojha, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State and Mr. J.K. Mohapatra, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. M.K. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel for the Opposite Party No.3.

3. This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner to implead the Collector, Koraput as Opposite Party No.4 to the present Writ Petition in view of the Notification dated 10.03.2021 of the Housing and Urban Development Department empowering the District Collector to be the sanctioning Authority.

4. The prayer being formal in nature, the same is allowed hereby.

5. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to file the amended cause title by 17.08.2022 after service copy of the same on the learned Counsels for the Opposite Parties.

6. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

1. Mr. S.K. Ojha, learned Counsel for the Petitioner files copy of the judgment passed by the coordinate Bench in Smt. Kamini Acharjya vs. State of Orissa and others (W.P.(C) No.902 of 2018, disposed of on 07.04.2022) and makes a submission that the case of the present Petitioner is squarely covered by the said judgment of this Court. Learned Counsels for the Opposite Parties want some time to examine the same. The said judgment be kept on record.
