2. Mr.Chittaranjan Pattnaiik, learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to rely on the judgment of this Court in the case of Bandhua Gochhayat Vrs. State of Odisha & Others, reported in 2022(I) OLR

- 266 and makes a statement that the case of the Petitioner is squarely covered under the said Judgment of this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the State wants ten days time to examine the same and ascertain as to whether the case of the Petitioner is covered under the said judgment or not?
