02. 1. Mr. Debraj Mohanty, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties (MCL) produces a copy of the judgment dated 25th July, 2022 passed by the Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No.4914 of 2022 (Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd. v. M/s. IVRCL AMR Joint Venture) where an identical clause in the agreement has been held not to be an arbitration agreement.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to study the judgment. At his request, list on 26th August, 2022. The interim order passed earlier will continue till then.
