01. 1. This case is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioners, who are the approved non-teaching staff of an aided Women's College, namely, Kadambinipal Women's Junior College, Rajatota in the district of Jajpur, have filed this petition challenging the inaction of the opposite parties in granting the service benefit in their favour as per the judgment passed by the learned State Education Tribunal vide order dated 04.09.2013 in GIA Case No.256 of 2012, which later went to appeal before this Court, which was also dismissed on delay.
3. The matter was travelled to the Hon'ble Apex Court, wherein the Hon'ble Apex Court confirmed the order passed by the High Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.44235 of 2019.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the authorities have granted service benefit to one of the petitioners i.e. Ashok Kumar Swain and with respect to rest of the petitioners, they have not considered granting any benefit.

5. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to opposite parties.
6. Mr. S.S. Pradhan, learned counsel for the State waives of notice on behalf of opposite parties. Four extra sets of the brief be served on him within three working days from today.
