Order No. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 1 2. Heard Mr. A. Padhi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 31.10.2019/01.11.2019 under Annexure-5, by which he has been dismissed from service under Clause (1) of Rule-18 of OCS (CC&A) Rules, 1962 read with Article-311 (2) of the Constitution of India following the judgment of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Berhampur.
4. Issue notice.
5. One extra copy of the writ petition be served on learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for opposite party no.1 within three days for enabling him to obtain instruction or file counter affidavit.
6. Requisites for issuance of notice to opposite party no.2 by Registered Post with A.D. shall be filed within three days. Office shall send notice to the said opposite party fixing a short returnable date.
