2. The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction to the opposite parties to appoint the petitioner under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme on account of death of his father.

3. In view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No. 367 of 2021 on 26.10.2021, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
