05. 1. In view of the Office note, this I.A. has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.

2. Issue notice to the Respondent Nos.1 to 5.

3. Since Mr. K. Panigrahi, learned counsel, has already appeared on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 4, no notice need be issued to the said Respondent Nos.1 to 4. A copy of the appeal memo along with impugned judgment be served on him within a week.

5. As the appeal is only on the question of quantum of compensation and the liability of the insurer has not been questioned, no notice need be issued to the Respondent No.5 for the time being.

6. List this matter on 12th January, 2022 along with MACA Nos.381, 382, 383, 748, 757, 758 and 759 of 2020.
