15. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.

It appears from the impugned judgment in paragraph no.27 that the appellant was convicted by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Athagarh in S.T. Case No.91/2015 on 21.01.2019 under sections 302/149 of the Indian Penal Code.

When a query was made to the learned counsel for the appellant as to whether any criminal appeal has been filed challenging the said conviction order and what is the status of the criminal appeal, if any filed, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks some time to obtain instruction in that respect.

List this matter in the week commencing from 22.11.2021.
