                   Conferencing.
                            Neither the learned counsel for the petitioner nor
                   the learned counsel for the State is able to say what is
                   the date of arrest of the petitioner in connection with this
                   case. Since the case is of the year 2009, let a report be
                   called   for    from   the   learned      J.M.F.C.,    Laxmipur     in
                   connection with G.R. Case No.86(E) of 2009, which
                   arises out of Narayanpatna P.S. Case No.36 of 2009
                   which shall indicate the date of arrest of the petitioner in
                   connection with the case and also the learned Court shall
                   send the xerox copy of the judgment of the co-accused
                   persons who stated to have faced trial and got acquitted.
                   The   report     should   reach    this    Court      on   or   before
                   21.01.2021.
                            List this matter in the week commencing from
                   25.01.2021.
