This writ appeal has been preferred against the order dated

10.06.2024 passed by the Single Bench wherein, while disposing of the

same, it has been observed that the writ petition was similar to the matters

decided by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WP (C) No.343 of 2022

and WP (C) No.344 of 2022, vide order dated 05.06.2024.

2. It appears that the said judgment rendered in the aforementioned

writ petitions are now subject to challenge in WA No.44 of 2024, wherein

an interim order dated 30.07.2024 had been passed giving some limited

protection to the writ appellant.

3. Mr. V.K. Jindal, learned senior counsel appearing for the

applicant submits that as the matter is situated on a similar set of

circumstances and as the writ petition was disposed of in view of the

earlier orders under challenge, he may be given similar protection.

4. In these circumstances though this Court appreciates the facts and

the prayer made by the learned senior counsel, but due to technicalities

with regard to the orders passed by the Single Bench, no interim order can

be forthcoming or granted.

5. List this matter before any other Bench without one of us (H.S.

Thangkhiew, J)

6. The concerned authorities however, are at liberty to consider the

case of the applicant in view of non-availability of a Bench presently to

take up the instant appeal.

             (W. Diengdoh) (H.S. Thangkhiew)
