Ms. Jianchuiliu, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioners and Mrs. G. Pushpa, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the present writ petition has been filed challenging a common order dated 30-05-2025 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Gauhati Bench, in Original Application No. 042/ 00027 and 28/ 2024. It has also been submitted that the present petitioners have already challenged the aforesaid common order by filing a writ petition registered as WP(C) No. 1348 of 2026 before the Hon'ble Gauhati High Court and that the said writ petition has been dismissed by an order dated 09-03-2026. The learned counsel, accordingly, submitted that the said order passed by the Gauhati High Court (Division Bench) will cover the present writ petition as the impugned order is a common order passed by the CAT, Gauhati Bench. In response to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, Ms. Jianchuiliu,
