Abdul Baqee Khan, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner;

Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appeared for the respondent nos. 1,

2 &3; None appeared for the respondent no. 4.

These matters has been listed for referral to the

Special Mediation Drive, Mediation 'For the Nation 2.0'. It

has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the

parties that in view of the issue involve in this writ petition and the

prayer made therein there is possibility of an amicable settlement

of the dispute between the parties through mediation proceeding.

In view of the submission made above, Registry is

directed to referred these matters to the Mediation Centre, High

Court of Manipur for exploring the possibility of an amicable

settlement.

Page 1 The Petitioner, the Commissioner (Education/S),

Government of Manipur and the Director of Education(S),

Government of Manipur or any officer duly authorized by them in

writing along with their respective counsels are to appear before

the appointed Mediator either physically or through VC platform on

22.04.2026 at 1:30 p.m.

The Secretary, High Court Legal Service Committee is

directed to arrange for facilitating the parties to appear before the

appointed Mediator through VC platform, if so, required.

A copy of this order be furnished to all the parties

through their Whatsapp/E-mail during the course of day for doing

the needful.
