Mr. B. Kirankumar, learned counsel on record for petitioner,

Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel for 'respondent No. 4' ('R-4' for the sake of

convenience) [Shri Athiko Chalai, (IAS), Principal Accountant General

(A&E), Manipur, Babupara, P.O. & P.S. Imphal, District Imphal West,

Manipur - 795001], Mr. W. Niranjit, learned Deputy Government Advocate

for 'respondent No. 6' ('R-6' for the sake of convenience) and Ms. Savitri,

learned counsel for 'respondent No. 7' ('R-7' for the sake of convenience)

are before this Court.

In the hearing today Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel for R-4

adverting to earlier proceedings, submitted that intimation slips qua

'Pension Payment Order' ('PPO' for the sake of convenience) and 'Gratuity

Page 1|3 Payment Order' ('GPO' for the sake of convenience) have since been issued

by R-4 to the District Treasury Officer, Imphal West. Learned counsel has

placed before us copies of these intimation slips qua PPO, GPO and scanned

reproduction of the same are as follows:

Page 2|3 This Court is informed that afore-referred intimation slips qua

PPO and GPO were issued yesterday namely 23.03.2026 and actual

payment to the payee will take about a fortnight as certain formalities such

as, payee going over to the Treasury Office and photograph/video grab

being taken have to be completed.

In the light of narrative thus far, list captioned matter on

09.04.2026 under the cause list caption 'FOR REPORTING COMPLIANCE'.
