Ms. Deepika, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is

squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 24.05.2024

passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 749 of 2022 and that the

present petition can be disposed of by granting similar reliefs.

Mr. L. Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the

respondents submitted that authorities have file a revision petition

against the judgment and order and the said revision petition is still

pending before this Court. The learned counsel also 2(two) weeks'

time for filing counter affidavit.

In view of the submission made above, let these cases

listed again on 17.03.2026.
