[1] Present Mr. M. Rarry, learned sr. counsel assisted by Ms. Nikita M, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned sr. counsel assisted by Md. Shahidur Rahman, learned counsel and Mr. K. Roshan, learned counsel for some of the respondents.

[2] Mr. M. Rarry, learned sr. counsel concludes his submissions on the preliminary point i.e. difference between Academic Examination and Recruitment Examination conducted by the Commission with respect to the inspection of the answer scripts.

[3] The learned counsels for the respondents submit that they will make their submissions on the next date.

[5] Earlier interim order is extended till the next date.
