During the midst of the hearing, the learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2 seeks 2 weeks' time to produce the relevant government file containing the Finance Department (PIC) U.O. No. 119/2023-2024/FD(PIC) dated 16.11.2023 regarding grant of Revised Pay under the Manipur Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2019 in respect of the regular employees of the Manipur Development Society.
