[1] Captioned matter is listed under the cause list caption

'For referral to the Spl. Mediation Drive-Mediation for the Nation'.

[2] Mr. I. Amri, learned State counsel for appellants and Mr.

TH. Kunjaraj, learned counsel for respondent are before this Court.

[3] It prima facie comes to light that elements of settlement

exist and therefore, captioned matter is referred to mediation by the

High Court Mediation Centre under the aegis of Manipur High Court.

[4] Listing before the Mediation Centre shall be on

12.02.2026 at 02:00 p.m., the venue shall be Mediation Centre situate

in the High Court campus.

[5] Both the learned counsel before this Court submit that

respondent and an officer on behalf of the appellants with mandate to

take decision in the mediation proceedings itself will be present on the

afore-referred date, time and venue without insisting on separate

hearing notice/s.

[6] We requisition a mediation report from the Mediation

Centre by 26.03.2026.

[7] List under the caption 'For Mediation Report' on

30.03.2026.
