These matters have been listed for referral to Special

Mediation Drive, Mediation 'for the Nation 2.0'.

Mr. A. Sachikumar, learned counsel appeared on

behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA

appeared on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 4, none appeared

on behalf of the respondent nos. 5 to 8.

Mr. A. Sachikumar, learned counsel and Mr. Shyam

Sharma, learned GA submitted that there is an element of an

amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

In view of the submission made above, Registry is

directed to referred these matters to the Mediation Centre, High

Court of Manipur for exploring the possibility of an amicable

settlement through Mediation proceeding.

Page 1 The petitioners, respondent nos. 1 to 4 or any officer

authorized by them in writing who can settle the issue and also

the respondent nos. 5 to 8 are to be present before the appointed

Mediator on 30.04.2026 at 1:30 pm.

A copy of this order be furnished to all the counsel

appearing for the parties through their Whatsapp/E-mail for doing

the needful.
