Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel assisted by Md.
Abdul Baqee Khan, learned counsel appeared for the petitioners and Mr.
Th. Vashum, learned GA appeared for the respondents.
Issue notice, returnable within one week.
At the outset, the learned senior counsel appearing for the
petitioners submitted that the present writ petition can be disposed of
by directing the Director, Education (S), Government of Manipur
(Respondent No. 2) to consider the representations 18 in numbers dated
06-03-2026, 09-03-2026 and 10-03-2026 at (Annexure-A/4 colly)
submitted by the petitioners and to dispose of the same by issuing a
speaking order within a stipulated period.

accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, hence, no formal notice is
called for.
The learned GA seeks one week's time to get instruction
with regard to the disposal of the representations submitted by the
