Mr. I. Lalitkumar, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr.

Khelemba, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner; Ms.

Sharmila, learned counsel appeared for the respondent nos. 1 to

4; Mr. M. Dev Dutt, learned counsel appeared for the respondent

nos. 5 & 6.

It has been submitted by the learned Sr. counsel

appearing for the petitioner that when this writ petition along with

the connected application were last taken up on 27.03.2026, this

Court passed an order for listing these cases on 10.04.2026,

however, the earlier interim order passed by this Court was not

extended. In view of the above, the petitioner filed another

application registered as MC(WP(C)) No. 270 of 2026 with a prayer

Page 1 for extending the earlier interim order passed by this till the next

date of hearing.

Ms. Sharmila, learned counsel and Mr. M. Dev Dutt,

learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that

the said interim order was already extended by this court vide order

dated 13.03.2026 passed in the present writ petition and

connected application and that they have no objection in extending

the operation of the earlier interim order passed by this Court till

the next date of hearing.

In view of the submission made above, Registry is

directed to list these cases on 10.04.2026.

Earlier interim order passed by this Court shall

continue till the next date of hearing.
