                                                        ORDER

04.03.2025 D. Krishnakumar, C.J. :

[1] Mr. M. Devananda, learned Addl. AG, appears for the appellant; Mr.

N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel, appears for the respondents in WA No.18 of

2021 & WA No.19 of 2021 and Mr. HS Paonam, learned senior counsel representing

Mr. RS Reisang, learned Sr. Counsel, appears for the respondents in WA No.22 of

2021.

[2] Mr. M. Devananda, learned Addl.AG appearing for the appellant fairly

states before this Court that the pending writ appeals, the Government has passed

order on 9th October, 2024 following the judgment passed in the WA No. 353 of

2023 dated 15.03.2024. Therefore, in light of the aforesaid order dated 09.10.2024,

the order of the writ court has now become infructuous. Further, the aforesaid

order dated 09.10.2024 is under challenge in the writ petition being WP(C)No.736 of 2024 and in such circumstances, according to the appellant, the present appeals

have become infructuous.

[3] In view of the submissions made by Mr. M. Devananda, learned Addl.

AG appearing for the appellant, the present writ appeals are dismissed as closed

and consequently, the misc. cases are also closed.

[4] It is open to the parties to agitate all the grounds raised in the writ

appeals before the learned Single Judge. Further it is open to the parties to seek

remedy before the learned Single Judge.

[5] In view of the order passed by this Court in the present writ appeals,

the interim order passed by this Court is also closed.
