05.06.2025 Learned counsel for the appellant, namely Mr. Th. Jugindro is present
before the Court, similarly, learned Government Advocate for the State, namely,
Mr. RK Umakanta is also present before the Court physically.
Whereas, this appeal has been filed challenging the judgment of
conviction and order of sentence rendered by the court below in Sessions Trial
(CAW) Case No. 20 of 2017, whereby held conviction the appellant/accused under
section 302 and 201 of the IPC for the offences which are reflected in the operative
portion of the order.
However, learned counsel for both the parties in this matter seek
short accommodation on the premises that they want to file list of events and dates.
Keeping in view of the submission made by the counsel for the
parties, it is deemed appropriate that this matter would be listed on 17.07.2025.
