The learned counsel for the applicant namely, Mr. Ajoy

Pebam appears before this Court physically.

Whereas, the learned senior counsel namely, Mr. M. Rarry

appears State respondents and Ms. Pamchui Shimray, learned CGSC

appears for the respondent No. 3 before this Court physically.

The learned senior counsel appearing for the State

respondents renders an SLP proceeding before the Hon'ble Supreme

Court wherein opportunity has been given to the concerned parties to

approach this Court for making some development in the proceeding.

However, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant

submits that he has approached this Court under the provision of Section

153 of the CPC which grants Court the general power to amend the any

defect or error in Court proceedings. Whereas, provision of Section 152

of CPC grants correction of mistakes arising from accidental slips or

omission in the judgment.

Page 1|2 The learned counsel appearing for the applicant be

convinced whether the order is to be amended under the provision of

Section 152 or 153 of CPC relating to the issue between the applicant

and respondent.

Accordingly, made an observation.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties be directed

to submit the order rendered in the SLP proceeding.

Keeping in view of the submission made by the applicant

for listing the matter after ensuing summer vacation of 2025, these

matters would be listed on 10.07.2025.
