20-06-2025 Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 22-01-2021 passed by this court in WP(C) No. 638 of 2020. The learned senior counsel, accordingly, submitted that the present writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the earlier order passed by this court.

Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents prays for taking up this matter after the ensuing Summer Vacation.

As prayed for by the learned GA, list these cases again on 14-07-2025.
