However, this proceeding is connected with Review. Pet. No. 14 of 2017, filed by the State of Manipur and others seeking to intervene the Judgment and order dated 24.07.2018 passed in W.A. No. 39 of 2017 and as per direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide order dated 04.11.2019 passed in SLP No. 24930 of 2019.

However, keeping in view the status in these matters are concerned, it is deemed appropriate that learned counsel, Mr. I. Denning be permitted to file fresh vakalatnama on behalf of the respondents to participate in this review petition.

Accordingly, made an observation.

Consequently, these matters would be listed on 11.07.2025.
