Learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Th. Jugindro

appears before this Court physically and seeks a short accommodation

on the premises that he wants to go through the impugned judgment of

the conviction order of sentence rendered by the Court below in Spl. T.

(POCSO) Case No. 1 of 2017.

In this matter, learned Public Prosecutor for the

respondent, Mr. Athouba Khaidem appears before this Court physically.

Keeping in view of the submission made by the learned

counsel appearing for the appellant in this matter is concerned, it is
