Learned Government Advocate for the appellants, Mr. Shyam

Sharma and learned counsel for the respondent, Ms. Keisham Melody are

present before the Court physically.

The present writ appeal has been preferred by the

appellants/State of Manipur against the order dated 10.11.2021 rendered by

the learned Single Judge on the writ side in W.P. (C) No. 611 of 2019.

However, learned Government Advocate in this matter seeks

some short accommodation to submit synoptic notes in terms of his

submission.

Keeping in view the status in this matter are concerned, it is

deemed appropriate that learned Government Advocate be directed to

submit the latest judgment which has been rendered by the Hon'ble

Supreme Court of India relating to appointment on compassionate grounds,

Page | 1 for providing job would be considered by the concerned competent authority

is in accordance with law.

Accordingly, made an observation.

Consequently, this matter would be listed on 30.07.2025.
