BEFORE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.GUNESHWAR SHARMA 28.2.2025 Present Mr.Kh.Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms.Maria, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Shyam Sharma, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents.

During course of hearing Mr.Kh.Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to order dated 12.2.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WA No.58 of 2019 and judgment dated 18.7.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.681 of 2022 where direction was passed for appointment to the advertised post.

Mr.Shyam Sharma, learned Government Advocate prays for some time to peruse the judgment cited by learned senior counsel for the petitioner.

Mr.Kh.Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel submits that State Government has already complied with the direction by declaring result as directed.
