BEFORE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH 11.08.2025 Heard Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

and Mr. S. Vijayanand Sharma, learned Sr. PCCG appearing for the respondent.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner that the issue raised in these writ petitions can be disposed of by

passing similar orders passed by this Court dated 10.03.2025 in WP(C) No. 84 of

2023.

Mr. S. Vijayanand Sharma, learned Sr. PCCG appearing for the

respondent, submitted that the said order has been passed by this Court relying

on an earlier judgment passed in WP(C) No. 675 of 2022 and that similar matters

including the aforesaid judgment has been challenged by the authorities before

the hon'ble Apex Court and the SLPs are still pending.

The learned DSGI, accordingly, submitted that the hearing of these

cases be deferred till the final adjudication of the similar matters by the hon'ble

Apex Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for

the respondent, let these cases be listed again on 17.09.2025.
