Appellants to take steps with respect to the respondent by Speed Post within one week and file affidavit for proof of service.

Learned counsel for the appellants prays for passing an interim order on maintaining status quo as on date as he has apprehension of demolition of his structures in execution of the impugned Decree and Judgment dated 30.07.2024 passed by the learned District Judge, Bishnupur in Civil Appeal No.1 of 2023. However, on perusal of the Decree, there is no direction of demolishing any structure of the appellant/defendant herein except for restraining the appellant/defendant from interfering with the respondent/plaintiff and for removal of the garbage from public road, this Court is of the opinion that no interim is called for at this stage as there is no direction
