Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA accepts notice on behalf of the respondents,
hence, no formal notice is called for.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
that the similar issue raised in the present writ petition has already been decided
by the Hon'ble Gauhati High Court in its judgment and order dated 10.03.2022,
reported in AIR 2005 GAU 92 and that the present writ petition can be disposed
of by giving similar reliefs.
Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents seeks some
time to peruse the said orders and to get instructions.
As prayed for, list this case again on 30.08.2024.
