petitioner and Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned DSGI assisted by Mr.

[2] Learned DSGI submits that he may be given some more

time to check whether there is any pendency or otherwise of any

appeal or SLP against any of the relied judgments cited by the

petitioner.

[3] One last opportunity of 2 (two) weeks' time is granted to

the respondents to come with the instruction.
